7-Day Money Back Return Policy for Online Shopping
Leatherback Handcrafted offers only the highest quality goods. If you changed your mind about your purchase, you could return your leather product in its original sale condition (unworn and unused including all original packaging, labels, and tags) within 7 days of your purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, if the product(s) is worn, used, damaged, or not in its original packaging it will not be refunded. We also cannot refund or exchange vouchers. If you ordered and paid for your order through our payment portal, Payfast, the transaction commission charged by Payfast, will also be deducted from your refund. Shipping cost will be at your own cost. (Both outgoing and incoming courier)

Damaged goods:
If you believe an item, you have purchased is faulty please notifying Leatherback Handcrafted of any fault on the item within 2 days of receipt of the item. If the item is faulty or damaged please take a photo and send it to info@leatherbackhandcrafted.co.za with a short description of the problem and after verifying, Leatherback Handcrafted will refund the full purchase price plus postage cost or replace the item. You should expect to receive your refund or replacement within 2 weeks of date of receipt of the returned package via courier service. Please send to info@leatherbackhandcrafted.co.za.
